All of our walkers and sitters have a passion for animals and additionally offer professional, reliable and trustworthy service. You can feel secure knowing that your pet is in loving hands and whether you are away on vacation, or just at work for the day, your pet is getting the love and attention he/she deserves. Some of our dog walkers are licensed trainers. Most of our walkers and sitters have been working with us for years. We likewise have many clients who have been with us for years. We are doing this because we love the work and this is our business. And in spite of the economy we are still here because of our loyal client base.

Kay McDonald is The Cambridge Critter Sitter and Dog Walker's Owner and Manager. She worked for years as a Chief Financial Officer with a variety of start up software companies. Animals have been a lifelong passion for Kay and her hobby has been training animals. In 2001, she founded a flyball club, Boston Stragglers, where she has been active in training dogs for this competitive sport. Her four dogs, Gershwin, Luna, Spec and Rio, all have or do participate. She is also in training for Search and Rescue with Rio, a border collie. The Cambridge Critter Sitter has enabled Kay to integrate her career and hobby. She is active in responding to our clients' needs, working with pet sitters, and pet sitting herself for the love of it!
